One day after changing towels we got 4 small towels, so I called reception in order to ask for 2 big ones for showering, and the answer was that no big towels left and only next day morning will be again. Other than those, amazing front desk employees, very kind, nice and with desire to help! The hotel’s structure is very welcoming and intimate, additionally to the cleanliness and the new & modern look. We enjoyed!

Very well located hotel, right in the center of Bucarest. Mario did our check in and he was very attentive, professional and friendly! The hotel room was spacious and had everything we needed. The only inconvenience was that the room was a little bit dusty when we arrived and I’m allergic to it, but besides that everything was great. Bar staff were friendly and very attentive as well. Overall a great experience.

It is a hotel with nice and kind people. It is clean, the food is very good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I recommend it with pleasure.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend for a city break in Bucharest. The hotel is centrally located - easy to reach via bus from the airport and is a short walk from the main city centre and Old Town. The hotel staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. Only small issue was we had an adjoining room (locked) so could hear the people next door very clearly which woke us at night. Was also quite warm in the room so we had to keep the window open and the main road is very noisy at night although the hotel can’t help that! Was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend. The renovations taking place didn’t disturb our visit.
