Great Hotel . Well situated. Hoping to return next year and will definitely stay at the Leonardo.

This is a very well positioned hotel located in the old town - be aware that there is another hotel with the same name in the centre. Sat nav took us to the other hotel. 10 minute walk into the Jewish Quarter. All local sites very close by. Easy walking to local sights and a very good tram service - one you understand how the tram system works! If you are planning a trip to Auschwitz on a tour, you would be advised to book ahead. We all stayed in a Cozy rooms which was perfect for a single occupancy. Very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Everything was constantly replenished so no need to panic that the food was going to run out! The only down side was that service was slow at the bar, often only one member of staff manning the bar. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, snuggling up with blankets - a heater would have been much welcomed.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights. Great value. Lovely hotel in a good location, just minutes from the main square. Room was great, and staff very friendly. Recommended.

Fabulous Hotel, perfect location right between the Main Square, Kazimierz and a 5 minute walk to Wawel Castle. Very clean hotel, lovely rooms with comfortable beds and well soundproofed. Breakfast starts at 6.30am which is great if you are out early for excursions.There is a vast selection of hot and cold food to choose from. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free chilled water and fruit in reception is a nice touch. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely excellent hotel,from check in to check out absolutely fantastic service, cleanliness of hotel was immaculate! And within walking distance of everywhere you would want to go! Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member ! Top class :)

Friendly staff, clean rooms albeit slightly on the small side. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally situated for old town, the Jewish quarter and the ghetto area all within easy walking distance.

An excellently refurbished hotel with a nice modern atmosphere. I loved the fact that the staff were wearing T-shirts rather than more formal attire. Superb location for the major city attractions. Room was very clean and comfortable but was on the small side. It was difficult to find somewhere to put your suitcases and there was no dressing table or desk space. Breakfast was extensive with a vast array of food to choose from. (The toaster was not very good at all!!) I love the appl;es and water avaikble in Reception. Thoughtful management and really pleasant staff. Thank you

Really lovely hotel, located centrally with a 10 minute walk into the Old Town. Staff were friendly and the place felt very clean and modern. I loved the moon light on the bedroom wall. Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again if I return to the city.

Lovely hotel, great location. Very clean. Rooms are great, some say small but ours was fine. for us two for a city break. Bar area small but cosy. Breakfast was on the more expensive side for Krakow and buffet style, again was fine but not amazing. Good selection mostly. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone. I would say the staff were fine and helped if needed but not overly friendly or didn’t provide much information ( had to ask for breakfast times and check out times) unless asked. Quite a young team though.

I reviewed lots of hotels before picking this one. It is well located just outside old town, 5 mins from good resteraunts, 10 min walk to the castle and ideal for trip collections. Quiet at night, but night life on your doorstep, so great location. Would recommend.

Ideal hotel for the castle and main square, breakfast choice is perfect and the bar courtyard area is very relaxing. The double deluxe rooms on the corners of the hotel are the best!

Very very happy with our stay in the Leonardo Boutique. Lovely hotel close to the main square (about 10 minutes walk) would recommend to anyone to stay here, you would not be disappointed. Has a nice outside courtyard to enjoy a nice cold beer or latte. Can't fault anything to do with the hotel or staff we had a great time.....

It is a beautiful and quaint building with lots of charm and character. The asymmetry and design certainly give nod to the famous Leonardo. I loved being within walking distance of everything. Great restaurants, a park, and so much more as you walk outside the building and begin exploring. It is very accessible for transportation pick-up and also has a quiet respite to recharge and get work accomplished. The staff was incredibly courteous. The space and services were exactly what I needed. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a lot of great variety. The patio area is also very charming.

The hotel is immaculately clean. All the staff were incredibly helpful ,mannerly and professional. The restaurant breakfast is exceptional hot or cold food. The list of food items is too long to mention. All presented to a high standard. I was on holiday with my elderly mum nothing was too much trouble they did everything they could to make our stay special. I will definitely be returning to this hotel without hesitation.

Really nice hotel in a great location. You have about a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 20 minute walk to the Jewish quater. The hotel has a great bar with acces to an internal open air courtyard with modern comfy seating. A great place to sit for an afternoon drink or when you get in after an evening out. We booked transfers from the airport through the hotel via email. It was really straight forward. We ate at the bar one afternoon and the food was excellent. I left my sunglasses behind when we left and thought I'd lost them. But the hotel found them and sorted out their return. It was a great relief as they took pictures and videos of our stay and without them we would have lost these memories. Upon their return we downloaded the pictures and videos and have the glasses to use again. The correspondence from the hotel was excellent and they made it easy to pay for the return costs. Would absolutely stay there again wh we return.

Very nice breakfast in -1 floor with delicious foods, good coffee and good atmosphere with music. The room was very nice too. Fridge and coffee/tea on the room.

This hotel was 10/10 the location is amazing a 5 minute stroll from the centre. The rooms are spacious and so clean beds super comfortable. Staff were helpful. It is on such a beautiful quiet street

Excellence from A to Z

This hotel does not obviously stand out. It faces a park which surrounds theold town. A quick walk of about 5 minutes finds you right in the heart of the action and sights. Super selection of shops, landmarks, places to eat & drink. Would definitely stay at this hotel again! Simply superb!
