A pleasant stay"
The hotel is just a walk away from the central bus station and the 'Hauptbahnhof' main station and literally less than 20 mins by train to the airport
The hotel is located on a busy road,I was concerned there'll be noise. The movement I entered the bedroom, it was peaceful, cool, and quiet. ( my bedroom was on 1st floor facing the street)
The room was spotlessly clean the reception staff both at check-in and checkout were very friendly.
The breakfast choice was very varied and really satisfying. ( No matter how fussy, you will get something good to eat) The kitchen staff were polite, friendly, and faultless.
I will definitely book this hotel again if I ever return to Frankfurt.

I liked everyone and everything. Bathroom is a little bit small, but I have known about It. I was ready). Very good, that there were hot drinks and water.

Very good staff compensates surrounding area"
The highly motivated and excellent staff of the hotel successfully compensate the unfortunately increasingly worsening conditions in the area surrounding the hotel.
The hotel has a good central location ( close to the main railway station and the city centre).
It is completely incomprehensible that the city of Frankfurt does not provide better public safety conditions in the area around the main railway station.

A lovely little spot in the craziness"
The HBF is not the very nicest part of Frankfurt, although it likely has more excellent restaurants than any other area. Munchenerstrasse used to be one of the better streets but it now has a lot of pretty sketchy characters. Once you are past the door of the Leonardo will be treated wonderfully -- nice nice people. I still plan to go here when I come to Frankfurt -- but the area may stop some potential visitors.
