Loved it. It was so clean and pleasant.

I chose Leonardo because I needed to get to the Hauptbahnhof early, and it is indeed very close. The location is great, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The receptionist packed some snacks for breakfast for me since I had to leave really early, she was really nice and made my experience in the hotel better, sadly I don't remember her name. 10/10. Loved it!

Great location close to the main city (although shady and strange people in the streets like homeless people using drugs and drug dealers but that is due to the proximity to the train station). Rooms are good, bathroom is very good, beds are comfortable. Overall good value for money for a weekend. Unfortunately two beds instead of one large bed as advertised on booking.com

The only negative issue was the rooms were a bit dark. Not enough lightining.

It was also nice to see that the entire staff seemed to enjoy their work.

The hotel has a very strategic location opposite Frankfurt Main Train Station. However, the streets just outside are very durty, and full of homeless people and (possible) drug addicts and (probable) drug dealers.

Loved the stay , it was more than perfect

The hotel is just a walk away from the central bus station and the 'Hauptbahnhof' main station and literally less than 20 mins by train to the airport The hotel is located on a busy road,I was concerned there'll be noise. The movement I entered the bedroom, it was peaceful, cool, and quiet. ( my bedroom was on 1st floor facing the street) The room was spotlessly clean the reception staff both at check-in and checkout were very friendly. The breakfast choice was very varied and really satisfying. ( No matter how fussy, you will get something good to eat) The kitchen staff were polite, friendly, and faultless. I will definitely book this hotel again if I ever return to Frankfurt.

I liked everyone and everything. Bathroom is a little bit small, but I have known about It. I was ready). Very good, that there were hot drinks and water.

Staff was super friendly especially Julian in the late shift . The city is happening and lots to see and do. Great hotel !

The highly motivated and excellent staff of the hotel successfully compensate the unfortunately increasingly worsening conditions in the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel has a good central location ( close to the main railway station and the city centre). It is completely incomprehensible that the city of Frankfurt does not provide better public safety conditions in the area around the main railway station.
