Everything was great except that on the Saturday night there wasn’t enough capacity for us to have dinner in the restaurant which was very disappointing!!

Everything was perfect, except the spa/wellness, pool area particulary. When i think about the spa, my aim is to relax.. in this spa you just can't. Services are good and affordable, but a thing i could not cope was people in the pool area. Too many kids and too loud. I would suggest a shorter time frame for kids. Maybe the morning only or at least until 14:00 instead the actual 17:00. Completely useless the man in the spa reception that blame me for kidding with my daughter in the pool, while the pool was empty at 8.30 AM, and the day before nobody show up when dutch/german kids were jumping and diving from the pool edge in the early afternoon. Very disappointing. By the way it was a good experience.

I would like to thank the staff for the amazing time we had on our vacation! The check-in, the warm welcome, and the overall service were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the lake of Garda. We really appreciated the helpful recommendations and friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to staying here again!

i suggest the hotel should arrange transfers to sermione, verona airport for those are coming without cars

Superb Hotel!

An excellent base from which to explore Lake Garda. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking one of the outdoor pools. Excellent restaurant with a wide choice of breakfast and a good choice of really well prepared dishes in the evening. A five minute drive, or a 40 minute walk through the neighbouring vineyards, to the little town of Lazise from where you can explore the lake by ferry. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
