Very close to the metro station. Felt like home. All of the stuff was very nice and kind. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The heat of the room is nice and warm in winter. Balconies are a plus. Hotel is beyond my expectations.

This hotel certainly met our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, reception staff were helpful and friendly and we received a warm welcome at breakfast in the mornings. Location was ideal and the hotel provided an excellent base for exploring Munich. Would recommend.

The hotel is well situated near of City centre. Room was smaller as we expected, however well equipped and clean. We liked our stay.

Hotel ıs close to city center. And so clean that my wife firstly confirm. Brekfast was good. But I only recommend expand to Turkish cousin. Employees are perfect and helpfull. İn particulurly in Reception öne man who can speak Turkish and one blond man and woman employees are more helpfull.in breakfast when sometimes orange wateer end up it should be immediatly full orange water.

Hotel was good breakfast good staff good clean all over my room was clean but not the one I book

As a single traveler I found my hotel room (double bed, deluxe) a generous size, comfortable, clean containing everything that I needed. I didn't have cutlery or plated and bowl in the kitchenette but was given it on request from the dining room. The front reception staff were very helpful when ask directions to certain places etc. Stefan in particular was very personable, empathetic and had a great sense of humor. The location of the hotel was good as it was extremely close to the underground making it easy to get to the centre of Munich as well as the airport. It was also close to several mini supermarkets as well as decent eateries. On the whole I was very happy with my choice of stays.

Some improvement on wifi connectivity could happen. Overall a good experience.

For those who want a flat but with the advantages of a hotel, this is the ideal place. And with Munich's excellent transport network, it's close to everything. There's a supermarket next door, which is also excellent.

Overall I like this hotel very much and would plan my stay there while travelling to Munich. Very satisfied with breakfast, room service and Hotel Cleaning. Also thank you very much for complementary water. It is very useful. I will provide excellent review in booking.com advising this Hotel to others.

Too much noise from the hallway can be heard in the rooms.

Very clean, comfortable and well-organized place. Water and coffee in the room unexpected and well-appreciated treatment. Excellent breakfast. Definitely a place to recommend and visit again.

AN excellent oprion in a great location.

It was a nice stay and the rooms were a bit larger than the European norm. The TV was tiny but never used anyway. The shower was a bit too small but adequate. Nice area without tourists.

The hotel is very nice and clean and close to an U Bahn station. The only downside was that I had requested a room with a bath tub and this was not facilitated.

I would probably still go again there. Very close to U-bahn, ecellent breakfast and very clean room. just 2 major complains. 1. if a towel change is not requested, cleaners should avoid putting them in different locations as we could not tell which towel belonged to the three of us. my wife got crazy for this. 2. the room was so tiny that they could not even fit a night table for the second and third person in the room. one night table only. the third bad was diagonally oriented because space was so cramped you could not be standing in three people in the room. If a triple room is booked, you cannot serve that one.

Good mid range hotel. Nothing too fancy, but good facilities, clean and friendly staff

was here for a weekend with my girlfriend. Great hotel, stay was awesome. Subway station is like 2 mins away walking and the connection to the central train station or to city center is very fast.

My wife and I stayed here while in Munich for a concert. We would stay here again. It was good value for money, the staff were top, the breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was very tasty. Own parking garage and a balcony with our hotel room is always a plus plus from us.

The hotel was great but very busy and bustling. Always lots if people in the foyer which us quite small. Glad we didn't book breakfast in the end as it was crowded and I thought quite expensive. We were checked in early which was great and unexpected but the carpet in the room was still wet so we had wet socks. Glad if was cleaned but. Maybe should have waited a bit.

First class! Excellent hotel!

I stay here often, for many reasons. But among them is the superb breakfast. On this trip I felt it lacking a bit of its usual splendour. Little things: No hot chocolate. No baked beans available on a bacon day (hot meats are rotated). Same over sweet lemon cake 2 days in a row. These are minor details of course. But I would hate to see things slide at this generally excellent experience. Thanks to all the staff and chefs who make this a great place to stay.

Hotel met my expectations. Everything was ok, breakfast was delicious.

Overall, our stay was very comfortable. The bed was a bit too soft for us and did not offer proper support (I have a weak back!) - perhaps you could do something about offering beds with firmer support since many people suffer from back pain. WiFi connectivity needs to be improved. The lighting in the car parking area U2 was rather poor and needs to be improved (security issue). Should we visit Munich again, we will surely consider staying at your hotel.

just a very good hotel, nothing to complain about, really enjoyed the stay and would come back anytime. excellent from check in to check out
