Got a silent room just out of curtesy of the front desk. Very pleasant and friendly staff. I actually accidentally booked 1 day short - they fixed it as if it would be nothing. Also had troubles with my international credit cards (because of my side). They managed that so nicely and competnet.. I am blown away. Would allways choose the Leonardo Munich South from now. Thank you!

Sonya was so helpful, friendly a. efficient. She went above a. beyond for us in many ways. We were very impressed.

Very fine and clean hotel and good price, but the beds was simply to cheap, it's one of those places where you simply can't-must not save, its said, because else there was nothing to complain about. The rooms where relative new and furnished relaxing, and nice clean. The breakfast was good with alot of variety.

I was very happy with my choice of hotels. The Leonardo was convenient to my event location and quite easy to reach via public transport, since there is a bus stop right out front. All staff that I interacted with were friendly, the room was spotless and quiet, breakfast buffet was extensive.

Overall my stay was average. I just want that hotel workers value time of customers. It’s ok that can be problems by printing, but it’s not OK to make the customer wait for it for an hour (maybe it was my last hour in the city, maybe I am late, I have plans: really have a booked tour), it’s OK to ask for a help to colleagues. So why Larisa didn’t do that, instead she made me wait 40 minutes, then send me to the Nyx. And the second question is why you can send me advertisements by mail.ru but can’t receive documents for printing. It is disappointing.

The hotel was new, clean, and modern. Staff was helpful and polite and always there if I had a query. Having the bus stop literally at the door made getting round the city very easy.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is lovely. I did explain that the lamp in my room wasn't working on my first day but this wasn't resolved during my stay. This is a bit disappointing considering I stayed for 6 nights.

Room could be a little bigger. We liked complimentary infused water , pastry a. apples near reception that were available on the daily basis. Staff was really friendly.

Modern, clean hotel in a good location. Staff is efficient, helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, particularly for two people with luggage. The interior is modern and colorful, and the mini fridge is an added benefit. Breakfast is very good, with a large selection of hot and cold items. Excellent price/value relationship.

Boris and his other male colleague (name begin’s with “s” but I can’t remember what it was) were so very friendly and helpful with plenty of helpful tips and advice for our short stay. Myself and my friend had a bit of a bad start to our trip to Munich with lost baggage and missing airport transfers. Once we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and showed us real German kindness! Thank you so much guys!

Thank you for 2 weeks. Appreciated the reception desk at the check out eary morning on 9 March. I was rush and he had already printed out my invoice when I showed up. It was very helpful because the tax was waiting for me. Sorry I forgot his name.

Everything was as good as expected, the staff was extremely kind and helpful and services were great. I did not have breakfast this time for scheduling reasons, so I cannot assess it (my last time was very good, anyway). Only flaws were in the room itself: - Mattress requires renovation. I could feel the mattress strings at some point. It did not affect my sleep but shortly they will not be comfortable anymore. - Pillows are too soft. At least one thick pillow should be available, I'm afraid the usual "german type" of pillows is not for everyone. - To be immediately fixed: the hand shower holder (Duschstangengleiter) does not hold at all, which makes having a shower quite uncomfortable. Neither of these flaws were present on my latest visit, so I just hope it is a one-time thing, as I plan to return soon. Thank you!

Great in pretty much every aspect. Big and clean room, very good breakfast, helpful staff. Not the closest spot from the city center, but there's a bus right at the door every 10 minutes during the day (and a night bus as well).

-Good and clean room & facilities, washroom have heater! -Hotel located in a quiet environment, and there are room soundproof very good. -All Staff friendly & helpful - Variety choices of breakfasts start from 6.30am! - Food restaurant & Supermarket nearby

Excellent stay and value

Konstantinos was so helpful in arranging for us to extend our reservation of the room until we could confirm our rebooked train would leave for Hamburg. I was travelling with my 90 year old mother during the chaos of the early December snow storm. His help and the support of everyone at the hotel was invaluable. Leonardo's was our sanctuary during a very challenging and unexpected detour in Munich. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Areas for improvement: 1. Unable to supply hot water on the first day 2. Insufficient sealing in the shower can leak water to the floor 3. There are no main lights in the room and insufficient lighting

location is good. Considering the price, I was satisfied with this hotel overall. But the room is quite dark.

We stayed here an extra night before our tour, caught underground to Marienplatz, Lidl across the road , lovely cafe nearby. Quieter location , overall a good stay.

Great hotel, well priced and convenient for the Oktoberfest!

Room is OK, there is a coffee-maker and a little fridge. and a TV

Reception team member Veronica was very helpful and kind. She is the best!
