I would like to recommend some improvement points... - the rooms should be a little bit comfortable to ensure a work experience - currently, working from the room it is a bit challenge due to the table and chair that the room offers. - the smell of the liquid soap is bad... It should be improved! - finally, an iron should be available to the guests... Bringing clothes to the be ironed to another floor or a service room it is not comfortable. Or at least, every floor should have one service room available.

Very good location close to the U3 and extremely friendly staff. Rooms are well designed.

A very pleasant and spacious hotel, they already opened up the sofa bed for us to use. One small downside is there weren't many sockets for us to charge our phones and tablets (we're a group of 4),but other than that it's the perfect hotel to stay at. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel!

We stayed at NYX Munich while on a business trip. Staff were incredibly friendly and the room was amazing. Would recommend.

Nice hotel. New, and therefore very clean. We liked the artwork in the corridors, the room and the lobby. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great, I decided to stay longer. The bed is a stone, despite that. Totally appreciate the friendly staff. Hope that next time the "robot" 8888 works

Stayed for 10 nights and all I can say is that NYX Munich is my home away from home. Staff are so professional and yet friendly. Hotel location is superb, rooms are kept clean, breakfast is so good. We were three adults staying in the Heaven Suite. The room was very spacious, clean and quite, but a bit too warm. The AC was not able to lower the temperature by more than half a degree over several hours. The toilet does not have a sink, you have to cross the room to wash your hands in the bathroom. The normal beds were quite good. The sleeping couch a bit squeaky. Sauna was small but nice. All in all a pleasant stay.

Just stayed one night on the way to the Alps. Really good hotel - everything worked as expected. There were no space for parking. We were lucky that someone was leaving so we could use his space. Also it should be mentioned on the booking.com is that parking is paid. Restaurant: They are specialised in the burgers - there were no options for kids (like pasta...). Also the burger we ordered was fine but nothing special.

My favorite hotel in Munich for a business trip. Making a reservation ahead of time usually gets a decent rate. The breakfast is delicious.

Overall good experience. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the blue TV light that too bright at night.

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel, a breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice, the room also was very cool,but it was not prepared for us,so it was cold inside,but we could manage it by ourselves,so it’s not a big deal! Sure I recommend this place

This was a very nice one-night stay in Münich. Clean hotel, nice rooms, comfortable bed and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, not in the centre but around 20 minutes by public transport. Nice parking space (costs €15). Would stay again!

Very good time in Hoya. . Metro is easy access. Supermarkets and convenience stores besides the hotel.

I did not get back my Cash Deposit about € 100.- which I had to do until today. Room was paid by the company and I paid my expenses on the desk in cash.

My stay was overall enjoyable. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was satisfying. One think that I would improve was - Hotel staff should replace water bottles in the room at least daily.

The hotel is close to a supermarket, only a two-minute walk, and it is approximately 13 minutes away from the center by car. Parking is limited and the hotel’s location is far from hassle.. The hotel standard for me is very good ..must be a kitli available to make tea, because most hotels have a kitli in the rooms

I enjoyed to stay at Nyx hotel during 2 weeks. One thing can be ameliorated, in my opinion, is the variety of the breakfast : changing the salty part (eggs, bacon, sausage each week or 2 times per week, same for the "pastries" (croissants).
