The hotel is situated a few minutes from the Center with great rooms that are clean and with a good shower The bar looks good although we did not go since we went out on the town Also super safe and friendly neighborhood I would come back here again

There are no words needs. It is always remarkable stay in this hotel. Specially thanks to Veronika Šťastna who can provide excellent services and can manage everything for clients.

The interior of the hotel has a modern touch with painted concrete, dark colours are used, some modern art (one may like or not). The bed was comfortable, a bottle of water and a coffee machine is waiting for you. The tv was a little bit difficult to handle. For breakfast you find everything you may expect - it was really worth the price.

I always enjoy my stay in Prague in the hotel NYX. It provides me all I need for my business trips. The reservations service is very reliable, receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal and the rooms are clean and convenient.

Though the room may be a bit small, one must remember that it's a converted heritage building & they did a great job of doing so. My only suggestion is that I hope they will be able to have Chrome Cast available.

This is my 3rd time staying at your hotel. Fantastic time hope to come again soon

The service at the hotel was excellent, initially in the room we got there was a noise from Venta and Suleiman changed our room the next day. I must mention the exceptional service of the receptionist Ilia and Peter, they helped us a lot, listened to our needs and made our stay better. Thank you

Stayed at this gem for a business trip that extended into a weekend getaway with friends. Staff is great and super helpful. I would recommend booking with breakfast, as it offers a great selection and definitely has something for everyone. The awesome location allows you to explore the city by foot. Food spots around are great, if you are up for some shopping you don't have to go far either. When in Prague choose NYX :)

Traditionally I am experiencing a high standard of service by the reception team, which is always giving their best. Quick and friendly check-in and check-out. Also resolving issues if some happen, e.g. with not working room key. Thanks, will come and stay in NYX again!

From our arrival, to when we needed help, we have encountered the most attentive service. From lovely receptionist at check in, to the night shift receptionist who helped us extend our stay (during unfortunate circumstances), all were keen to help. Amazing location and beautifully decorated rooms and public spaces, the hotel is very inviting and comfortable. Would recommend it without a heartbeat. Thank you very much for the help.

ontinue despite everything. We didn't know what to do, it's even hard for me to express the feelings of frustration we felt in those moments and we were helpless. When we arrived at the Nix Hotel, we were greeted by a nice guy whose name I don't remember. A day passed and I decided to find out if it was possible to rent a stroller. By chance I met Veronica. She was so attentive and looked for a place that rents strollers and didn't give up. She found and thanks to her we could continue our trip as we planned, calmly and peacefully. Veronica is our angel. Thanks to her and thanks to all the amazing and dedicated staff of the hotel.

Veronika was extremely helpful in organising a surprise of Birthday balloons, chocolate cake and a bottle of fizz for my girlfriends birthday. She went above and beyond to organise everything even down to the times we would be in and out of the hotel to set everything up. Veronika was absolutely amazing and made our stay at the hotel a lifetime memory. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff and Veronika for such an amazing experience at the hotel.

Hotel was great and good value. Very central and within walking distance of everything.

Absolutely loved the hotel ! Fab location And love how funky and modern the hotel is. First of all we noticed the room had hardly no storage for a 6 day stay. We had clothes everywhere which is not how we like to live. We would love to return but to know we had some drawers for underwear , jumpers etc . There was some confusion with our bill for the room, we were told we had a complimentary bottle for my husbands birthday and when we paid our upgrade we were told there was nothing else to pay. But was charged another 20euros for this bottle after we checked out. Thank you for the stay , we will return in December 2023
