Good room, comfortable bed, well appointed. Very helpful reception staff. Very close to Hauptbahnhof Station and airport bus stop.

Overall experience was outstanding. From breakfast, to the staff to the great idea of the central still and sparkling water in the foyer. Great location opposite the Wien HBF train station that takes you everywhere - clean, fast and reliable. My family and I had a great experience and your wifi was great for my kids entertainment after those long days site seeing your beautiful country. We highly recommend the Leonardo Hotel and will be back to one day soon.

We stayed at the hotel with an authistic child. We requested a possibly quiet room-and our wish was absolutely fulfilled. The stuff was very helpful-especially the reception team's friendliness was extraordinary. The hotel has a big storage room and clean toilets to use in case you would arrive early or leave later. We are happy about choosing this hotel which totally worth its price. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean hotel, directly at the main station, easy access to all public transportation to go anywhere in Vienna!also outside of the hotel its a very quiet area, for that that it is at the main station.i recommend it to everybody who just needs a nice place to sleep and have a good breakfast.

I sell hotels for my clients, this is my industry. Overall great location and brand new property. We stayed 3 nights. However .I feel that it was not enough environmentally friendly. Bathroom, it should have been an option to change the towels or not everyday . Bathroom, shampoo, hand wash liquid device. It was so hard to get it out of the bottle that I had to pull it out and dismantle everytime I washed my hands . That was the main issue I had, apart of that . All good

If I have to come back to Vienna, I would definitely go to this hotel because it is very close to the airport and the city center. The proximity is very great. The room is clean, the staff is nice however, we have been bothered a few times by the cleaning staff which is disrespectful so I would recommand you to be careful.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, good central location, the main train station is nearby, also supermarkets.The lobby is nice and very inviting, the rooms have quality mattresses. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.
