Hotel is nicely located in city centre with close distance to public transport, city centre attractions and shops, restaurants. Smooth check in and check out process, however poor drop off or pick up area, also breakfast for selection could have been better, porridge was terrible, oats drowned in water, no fresh fruits( blueberries, raspberries or strawberries), i also expected waffles to be served but none to be seen however they offer freshly made omelettes which is plus. Room are specious and clean, comfy beds. Overall nice stay and facilities and it has a potential to become a higher standard hotel.

Rooms are large and nice, I enjoy staying there regularly. The main 2 problems are A) bed roulette at check in - there is no guarantee if you get large bed or 2 small once, you find out at the check-in. It was fine when the hotel wasn't super popular and there was pretty much a guaranteed that I'll get a large bed. But recently I got one of last 2 large bed rooms left- and that's way too close call for me (I'm 2m tall). I might try this hotel one more time since I really like the rooms and bathtubs but likely in a future I'll switch to some other hotel. B) lack of ventilation during winter (windows don't really open/ are blocked)

Such great value for money! All staff were so helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, with comfy beds and excellent showers. Fantastic location and we had such a good view from our room.

Excellent hotel, but the shower atream was very poor and was not fixes even after asking the ataff twice.

Our experience was fantastic. The hotel was clean and equipped with every comfort.

I stayed for 1 night this time, perfect quality for that price. Clean room. Especially I liked the small espresso machine which was a like treasure for my early wake up.

Everything is at the highest level, the employees take care of every detail, decorations, flowers. Helpful reception, very clean rooms and trolley on the floor, a lot off delicious food. Thank You Team Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris!

Clen room, fridge in the room, , lots of space, furnitures, Kettle, beautiful bathroom.

The only complaint is that at busy hours the shower gives very little of hot water. But I developed technique how to manage.

Would recommend this hotel to all of my friends & family. Perfect location, very nice hotel, reasonable price. Nothing to complain about and I would surely stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Great location, amazing breakfast, clean and modern. The only thing is that bed was uncomfortable, very hard. But you cannot get everything. I highly recommend.

Good morning, i would like to let you know that everything went perfect during our stay in your hotel. There were some minor points we notice that could been better, like the fact that it's difficult to find a middle temperature in the sower, it was either hod or cold, i believe it was a problem with the shower thermostat. We also heard a lot of noise from the traffic from our room (305) but i understand that's quite normal in a big city. But we really have to congratulate you for the quality and comfort of your beds. I have done a lot of hotels and yours was for sure one of the best, if not the best one That's why i allow myself to ask if you would like to share with me the brand of the mattress you use, we definitely want the same at home. If I go again to Warsaw, I would book the same Hotel and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Hotel located in the city center with private parking (paid). Overall impression pleasant, clean room. Only in the bathroom above the shower open cover to some technology that could not be closed. Very little room in the breakfast area to help yourself to food. Even though I did check-in online in advance, I had to present my documents again. The invoice I requested was promised to be delivered in the morning upon departure. Finally in the morning I was told that it would be emailed to me. It did not arrive and I had to urge them. After the urging it did arrive. These little things are just as a reminder to improve the service. Otherwise I can highly recommend the hotel. The price/performance ratio is great. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The rooms are very clean, with clean towels, coffee machine. I liked it and was just like Home
