The overall experience is good. The only disappointment was that when I went back to request payment, I discovered that the name on the City Tax invoice was wrong.

A nice hotel conveniently located in the center of Dortmund. My room was clean, quite spacious and very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast and the restaurant was unfortunately closed for dinner due to illness, so I have no opinion about that.

Nice staff and very clean hotel. Rooms are a bit noisy from teh traffic outside and not able to sleep with window open for fresh air due to the traffic. If I wanted quiet I should have stayed away from the city cente ;-)

The room, location, underground parking, early check-in and the breakfast were perfect. Negative point: the room on the road side, its so much noisy because of the Horn of traffic in the night, could not sleep properly. I don't understand why they use it in night.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Leonardo. Very good location. Hotel very clean. Reasonable value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic hotel offering exceptional value for money. I had a comfortable night's sleep and everything was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was delicious. Thank you!

Was a nice stay for a business trip. Team was professional, room was clean, bar staff was very nice. Only thing: Why are there 2 single bed in a single room. I am used to see a queen size bed at least for that price. But all in one a good trip.

I satyed hotel twice, first time 4 nights and second time 2. Everything is in high level. Personal, comfort, breakfast, as well price is good. If you compare the levels of the hotels with this price, leonardo Hotel is far away forward in its level

Maybe a welcome kit; some chocolate, a mini beer/wine could make a huge difference. But I still like Leonardo Hotel Dortmund. Many thanks for all.

When we walked in they helped us out immediately, they were all very kind. The room was already available and very clean. The food from both dinner and breakfast was amazing quality and good service.

Mrs Koesedag was very friendly and helpful and was able to help me immediately when it came to the parking service and issuing the invoice. Thank You.

Overall I had a pleasant experience lodging at Leonardo hotel. Staff were very respectful and ready to help. Room very tidy. General experience was fantastic.

I could have given 10 over 10 review, but the issue was with the house keeping. there was no coffee, sugar and bathing gel. on the day I was due to check out on Sunday 30th July 2023, the house keeper was knocking at 10am requesting me to leave, when the check out time was 12 noon. The house keeper was not good, so unprofessional and unkind and very unhelpful. I had a bad experience with the House keeper

Generally the hotel was really great, good decor and clean. The only issues I had were, while I was taking a shower I realised my shower gel dispenser had not been refilled. So it was quite frustrating to have to get out mid-shower to switch with the hand-wash dispenser, to finish my shower. This housekeeping item was quite poor, as this should be checked as a daily item to refill, especially between guests. I also had an issue with the shower cell leaking water into the toilet area and had to get a room change to amend it. Staff handled this situation decently.

Great choice if you need a hotel in Dortmund.
