We had to move here from a different accommodation during the middle of the night. There gentlemen at the reception helped with every request we had even though it was past midnight. They made sure we went to sleep with a peaceful mind that everything was settled. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk for helping us. Each and every one of them was great. This should be our go to hotel in Düsseldorf. Our family that travelled with us was very much pleased too. They hope to return soon!

It was perfectly what we were looking. Just one thing negative: the pillows in the bed are not comfortable ( seems synthetic). We will comeback next time !

nice hotel very centrally located to the main shopping street…easy access to metro and tram stop.

Overall exceptional. Our toilet blocked late in the evening and the hotel didn’t have any engineers there to help. We were offered a spare room which we checked out before moving all our stuff. My wife wiggled the toilet brush in our bathroom and sorted out the problem. I took the keys back to reception and was quizzed about entering the spare bedroom. I might be fussy because I stay at some very nice hotels but I felt uncomfortable with the situation.

Location is right outside center area; walking distance to U bank; a supermarket round the corner - room is not really spacious but fine. Washing is the area required attention but overall is fine.

April 2024- 2 night stay. I have visited Dusseldorf many times but for even a first time visitor the location would be excellent to access all the city has to offer. Very simple route from airport to hotel. The hotel is bright and airy and staff are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Our room (comfort) was just that, comfortable. It was quite small and the furniture made it overcrowded. It was also a little dated overall. It would have been more than sufficient for our short stay, but for the broken AC! Our room became hot at night and I requested a fan which helped a little. We were offered another room but told the AC was not working throughout the hotel, so I felt repacking to move would be pointless. Other than the lack of AC during our stay, I would recommend this hotel. I would stay there again, but check in advance that the AC is operational before booking!

Loved this hotel. The fact I could park on the premises was one thing less to worry about. Fantastic shower - what an awesome head of water... I know one is supposed to use less water when taking a shower but when it is as lovely as this, it's tricky not to spend a little longer there. Looked after exceptionally well by Marcel at the bar. Not only was he attentive and patient but also showed a genuine interest in our visit, going above and beyond what would be expected. No doubt others would have also mention this excellent member of your team

The hotel is ideal for a weekend getaway with girlfriends. I spent my birthday weekend in Düsseldorf and we went shopping at Königsalle which was really walking distance to the hotel. I also got a surprise birthday drink and the day we arrived there was some cocktail food for the guests at the lobby.

Overall a very nice stay. As one of the lifts wasn't working, could do more to encourage people to use the stairs. Bathrooms could do with a little tlc.

As usual could not complain about anything. Hotel very good for business taxi at the door ,restaurants near have stayed here for years.

We were happy to return yet again to this excellent hotel. The breakfasts were as good as we remembered and the servIce given by the staff outstanding.

Only the shower was disappointing, as the water piled up quickly

We had an amazing experience . The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and it has the most privileged location so we could enjoy the Xmas Market, the shops and the Rheinturm Tower. The greatest feature that impressed us, however, was the exceptional service of the hotel staff. They are not only friendly but highly proactive and efficient, doing their utmost best to make us feel welcome and happy during our stay. My special gratitude goes to the evening manager who brought us a water boiler in the evening of our arrival (26 December 23), and to Ms Lisa Pitsch who we saw working non-stop from the time we arrived till we departed. She's professional, friendly, highly committed and dedicated. She basically does everything to make the business flow. I saw her carrying furniture around, cleaning, helping multiple guests at the same time, and always with a smile. I would hire her without hesitation into my team, so I hope you give her the opportunity to grow and shine to her full potential. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the amazing experience!
