A clean and well positioned hotel for either a business or family stay in Berlin.

Excellent location to discover Berlin with a tram stop a very short walk away. Hotel has a nice interior with helpful staff. Room was lovely and quite. Super comfy beds. Only issue I had were pillows weren't that great.

The stay at the hotel has been a pleasant experience. All the staff have been helpful and responsive at every request. We have enjoyed our stay and will gladly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Clean and nicely decorated hotel (original/vintage interior lights at the reception, large staircase, easy parking :-) Nice and cozy bar, large comfortable bedrooms. Very nice and helpful personnel, Small imperfections but nothing really worth mentionning. Price/Quality/location I would definetly advise.

From checking in and being allocated a lovely room when the check-in team knew we are Leonardo club members to the delicious breakfast with such a variety to returning in the evening to spotlessly clean and fresh room again the Leonardo royal alexanderplatz has been a great hotel for us to stay in when we visit our family in Berlin, we have been coming to the Leonardo royal alexanderplatz for 8 years now which shows how much we enjoy our stay

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Berlin was extremely warm during our stay, buy the air condition works really well Breakfast menu has a lot to offer, although we would have preferred some fresh fruit. We found parking on of the hotels own parking. It was 60€ for 3 days

We were in Germany for the Challenge Roth triathlon and added a side trip to Berlin. I was looking for a centrally located place to stay. This was the perfect hotel! Convenient to the nearby bus tour. The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern and welcoming. Staff, from the front reception, bar, cleaning & the baggage guy were all very friendly, helpful and courteous. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in recent memory and the shower was awesome too. Only one slight, very slight mark against would be that with the traffic lights it’s almost a 20 minute walk from/to Alexanderplatz so it’s not located on Alexanderplatz. However, we did enjoy the vibe building the nearer we got to Alexanderplatz. Overall, it’s a great hotel and would highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

From the moment I arrived the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Any advice you ask they are always happy to help. The room was very clean and in order and it's an overall stunning hotel to stay at for a great price. I would highly recommend and I will be returning to this hotel when I visit berlin in a few months.

The size of the room and the bathroom was adequate, and it was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The decorations in the rooms and throughout the building were stylish and sophisticated. There is a capsule coffee maker in the rooms, which is really great. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of water and candy. Next to the elevator, fruit was displayed in baskets, which were available to the guests during the day. The staff was always smiling and kind. Breakfast was very delicious, there were plenty of options available. There is an Edeka supermarket 2 minutes from the accommodation. The cozy Volkspark Friedrichshain park is just around the corner from the hotel. The tram stop is also a 2-minute walk away.

The stuff was great. The extra bed (sofa) was uncomfortable and the housekeeping replaced it with another one. The room was big and comfortable and the stuff was nice and helpful

Nice hotel. Well located for Alexander Platz. Breakfast and communal areas stylist and clean. Room had a few slight issues with stain on bed cushion, a bit of mould on the shower silicone and some wires hanging down from behind the bathroom mirror. But it was generally very clean and comfortable.

Easy check-in with friendly staff. Room was already available at my early arrival time. Well facilitated Business event. Good quality food and drinks. Great bed, fine shower, stable wifi. I have enjoyed my stay in the hotel a lot. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights as a couple exploring Berlin. We found it easy to get to from airport, easy to find, no problems with late checking, and found a superb and clean room with large comfy bed awaiting. We enjoyed the coffee facilities in the room and the shower was excellent. We didn't spend much time in hotel other than to sleep overnight but it was a good find and would return here if we were to return. Really impressed by the modern hotel which felt like a little bit of luxury on a reasonable budget! Thanks a lot

A great hotel to use when visiting Berlin, just a short walk to the tram or to Alexander Platz. Where you can get both the train or trams to tourist spots. Also a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

The hotel was nice and clean. The team was warmfull and carefull. We just have been surprised by three things : - There were a gummybear candy stuck in our curtains - There were a lot of mold in the vending machine of the 2nd floor - There were some mold also in the vent of the bathroom The whole team was nice and warmfull and a place is charming tho. Hello, This was the first time I went to this hotel with my big daughter and everything was fantastic. The building is beautiful, the room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The beds were cosy, above all the mattrasses that were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave our beds (but we had to otherwise we would have missed our train back home). The hotel is barely half an hour away from the main station, so this was also very convenient and a huge plus for our two days stay in Berlin. I would recommend this hotel.

The only reason it’s not a 10 is because on the last night I went to open the window and a part of the curtain rod fell off the wall and hit me in the face and wrist and I still have a bruise.

Only issues we had was the room was extremely warm and the AC didn’t seem to work in our room and if you opened the windows we were right beside a very busy street so noise was constant throughout the whole night. We got moved to another room so we could have working AC the next night which massively helped and also we were away from the busy street.

You guys running a really good hotel. However, in my room #437, there was an issue with a shower handle - it was missing gasket and thus water was coming from the bottom as well. Also, I've tried couple of "sweets" from the wending machine - and I have to say that it's disgusting products, not healthy at all. Please consider providing healthier options in your wending machines for your guests. We would much appreciate this. Thank you!

Would recommend this superb hotel for anyone on a city break. Easy access both tram and walk to Alexanderplatz. Super clean, lovely staff, good value.
