The staff is kind and professional. The rooms are well furnished and with high quality materials. The Altona area has proven to be very quiet, residential, and allows you to reach all the important points of the city in a short time. The hotel offers all the services and is very well maintained. Excellent breakfast, and we also had dinner with satisfaction. I highly recommend it.

It’s my second stay and it’s really amazing.. Good location. Great staff.. plus it would be good if the food options for vegetarian will be more ..Also if it could be more affordable.

Very helpful and friendly staff. It had been nice to know that we had to use our room card in the elevator! The room was very clean. The cleaning staff should not just knock on the door and come in right after! The breakfast was fine. This is number three Leonardo Hotel we have tried, it is the cleanest and the most smiling and helpful staff we have met. So Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Altona you are the best!

Really nice hotel, really nothing noteworthy to complain about. Clean, nice staff, and nice stay. The only issue I had was the price of the food in the restaurant which was insanely high.

The road beneath our rom was verden noisy Otherwise everything was just gratis. Freindly staf clear and Nice hotel

It is the best service and a really good staff who take into account personal needs and manage to do the job service. Me and my husband have had a really good experience staying at the Leonardo hotel Altona. the staff had forgotten to decorate because the person it was agreed with had gone on holiday, but instead of decorating, without me asking I got free parking, free brunch and a surprise from the hotel, where they had decorated so nicely from the outside I wish had had when we had to check in. I can only and only recommend this wonderful hotel and the staff. This is not the last time we book this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in your hotel. The location was convenient to mass transit and I felt safe in the area at all times. Your staff was very helpful even if our languages were different. We both tried to understand, and we did. Keep your dining and bar staff as well as your reception staff.

The room was clean and very comfortable. I look forward to visiting again with my children next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the hotel is new , clean and has a nice design. Breakfast was abundant and diverse and very fresh. The rooms are well equipped and quiet.

The hotel is very clean and staff were very courteous and welcoming. The atmosphere of the hotel was calming and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. We took our dog and upon arrival were given a bag of treats for her, which she loved. The location is @ 10 min walk to the bus station and was very easy to get around. We will definitely stay again when ever we visit Hamburg.

Beds are comfortable, room and bath are super clean, I loved the style and the lights and the room colors. I would totally recommend. Only thing, I am sensitive to perfumes, I would prefer to choose if having scent or not in the air. Great job I relaxed a lot ❤️

Stayed for one and a half month, felt like home. Every employee of this hotel deserves a reward. Amazing management, amazing team, fantastic facilities.

Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff, always friendly. The dining experience would be better if the menu was available, even when the buffet evenings are planned, but otherwise a very good experience. I would recommend the hotel for guests who don't need to stay in a central location in the city, who don't mind driving, or taking public transportation to the city center.

What I loved were cleanliness, housekeeping staff does their work nicely, rooms were pretty and there was everything I needed during my stay, the room was also calm, I liked the beds and the calmness, what made me sleep well.
