This is perfect for us on our way too and from France. Very happy to stay here again.

I was asking to get my Leonardo Advanced Point added since I visited this hotel several times this year and this was not possible for previous stays- this is very disappointing and not fair.

Hotel is good, everything was perfect except the connectivity with public transportation. I have to travel by cab every time. It’s suitable if you have your own vehicle.

The reception people were great very welcoming. The restaurant was also nice , food good

We arrived on an early morning flight after almost a full day of travel, we appreciate that the hotel had our rooms available and even upgraded us. Some items were not working in the rooms, like the room phones, a/c in one of our rooms. There are provision for robes or slippers. If we wanted still water, we had to buy as the hotel only provided fizzy water. Since we were going somewhere else over the weekend and need to keep a place for our luggage, the hotel was accommodating and stored our luggage for us until our return. There was always lemon water, candies at the reception (which my kids loved). Breakfast was good ... could have pancakes and waffles though. Check-in and check-out were seamless, front staff were nice and accommodating. Really appreciate the stay and hope to return again.

My favourite place to be when coming to Walldorf, it is not the newest (modern) hotel, but it is beautiful to be there and the good staff makes it my first choice as a traveling hobby musician. My guitar also loves this place :-)
