Hotel ideally located, and we plan to visit again.

A warm and friendly atmosphere, all staff hard working ,friendly and efficient. Loved our room, we would definitely return to the Leonardo. My only gripe would be the aircon in the bar was too powerful, all the guests were looking to get a seat away from the icy blast.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great choice of breakfast and very good location to main square just a short walk through the park which runs level with the hotel.

We visited Krakow to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and our 35th wedding anniversary, so our requirements and expectations were very high. The city did not disappoint and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. 1. Check-in - we arrived hours early due to a flight change. The staff were courteous and helpful and made arrangements for us while the room was readied. 2. Room service - Room service was quick, efficient and outstanding. The meals were beautifully prepared and the staff were wonderful. 3. Assistance: When we needed help finding places we wanted to visit, the staff gave us really detailed instructions and took the time to show us on a map. We also needed help in how to use public transport and they explained that to us very well. We needed a taxi at 2:30 am to get our flight home and the staff were there in the middle of the night to call a cab for us. 4. Language: Our Polish is very poor, but the staff spoke excellent English. I am learning Polish and will try to communicate in Polish next time ;-) 5. Pets: During our stay we discovered that you welcome dogs. We very much appreciate this and will definitely be back. 6. Room cleanliness: The room was faultless at all times in terms of cleanliness and function. The cleaning staff were never a bother. 7. Breakfast - the variety and quality were impressive. 8. In general, the staff and management are an absolute credit to your hotel and made our stay in Krakow the perfect break and celebration for us. Thank you.

Very central, all main tourist attractions within walking distance. Excellent and very friendly staff. Breakfast and bar food very tasty. We asked for a quiet room and our request was honoured. Rooms very clean and modern.

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Luckily I found this hotel nearby for everything. So, my room for few days was perfectly designed as a solo traveler (yes, small but cozy). Bed has 6 pillows very comfy. My view is fantastic ⛪️ I love watching trams from my window every morning. Down to breakfast restaurant I love all the foods choices top notch, staff seems grumpy (? maybe) Has 2 Coffe machine which is good. going out from hotel you turn left you can find costa coffe few steps then grocery supermarket as well then the rest like money changer , bus stop, taxi etc. from hotel to old town took only 10-20 mins of defend the person - I guess;) but in total I would highly recommend this hotel for solo traveler but if you are a couple get a big rooms :-)

Trams in the Main Street startet early in the morning, but other then that great value, good location and friendly staff.

We had a short stay in Krakow, location was perfect. Bed was super comfy and the hotel was gorgeous. We did a basic double room, shower was good and the all in one shampoo/body soap smelled lovely. Would definitely book again. We also used the booking.com airport taxi and they were great and affordable.

The last thing that you want to worry about on a city break is your hotel. So the Leonardo Boutique Hotel with its understated hospitality where everything was effortlessly just right was a perfect choice for us. Situated near the Wawel castle on the edge of the old town and providing access to Kazimierz.

The hotel is excellent value with very friendly helpful staff, lovely selection of food for breakfast, and in an ideal location for visiting all Kraków’s attractions.

Overall the hotel is perfectly situated. Immaculately clean. Decor was lovely. The room was impressive and large and bed so comfortable. All the staff were friendly and lovely. I cannot praise the hotel enough as I have no negative at all.

Hotel is well placed for both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Walking distance to most restaurants. Lovely staff, smooth check in. Rooms clean and tidy. Would return.

The hotel we stayed at in the Old Town was excellent, we could not fault the helpfulness of the staff and the hotel. We have recommended it to friends already. However, we were not aware that you have two hotels with the same name in the city and our taxi from the airport dropped us off at the wrong hotel. The receptionist told us that we had no booking there. Later she said that we were at the wrong hotel and we should have checked the street name first! If we were not aware that you have two identically named hotels in the same city then why would we check? The receptionist then carried on with her duties and left us in a city that neither of us had been to before and didn’t bother to even phone us a taxi, although she did say that it happens a lot!! Not a good start to the holiday!! If this happens a lot then maybe make people very aware that there is more than one hotel with the name and help them to make the journey to the correct hotel please.

This was our second stay in this lovely hotel. Very close to the old town square. Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel only 10 min walk from main square. Room lovely and clean but no drawers in hotel to put underwear etc. Good lighting and lots of accessible plug sockets. Nice big fridge but tea and coffee facilities lacking as no milk or milk substitute. Bed was really comfy. But had to ask for more towels as room only cleaned every three days. Free safe to use but limited channels on tv Breakfast was good lots of choice and staff lovely. Hotel bar really nice and staff were really nice as well. Would definitely stay again ! ❤️❤️

The hotel is excellent. Clean, elegant, friendly staff and really good value for money. 5 min walk from Old Town Square.

Very welcoming staff, allowing us to check in early which wasn't requested. Excellent English spoken and knowledgeable staff. Room supremely clean and very well appointed, bed comfortable. Fridge in room very useful. Great value for money and an easy walk to all the highlights. Breakfast was leisurely, in a beautiful room with an amazing choice of well presented fresh seasonal produce. Bar and restaurant area very comfortable with competitive prices. Absolutely nothing not to like and we would definitely stay again and recommend very highly.

We stayed 4 nights here, 2 couples. Everything and everywhere spotless clean. Staff more than happy to answer questions, book taxis etc. They all spoke excellent English. Bar food was always hot and tasty. Breakfast selection was very good and we ate well every morning. Perfect location to explore the Old Town. 10/10
