The hotel we stayed at in the Old Town was excellent, we could not fault the helpfulness of the staff and the hotel. We have recommended it to friends already. However, we were not aware that you have two hotels with the same name in the city and our taxi from the airport dropped us off at the wrong hotel. The receptionist told us that we had no booking there. Later she said that we were at the wrong hotel and we should have checked the street name first! If we were not aware that you have two identically named hotels in the same city then why would we check? The receptionist then carried on with her duties and left us in a city that neither of us had been to before and didn’t bother to even phone us a taxi, although she did say that it happens a lot!! Not a good start to the holiday!! If this happens a lot then maybe make people very aware that there is more than one hotel with the name and help them to make the journey to the correct hotel please.

This was our second stay in this lovely hotel. Very close to the old town square. Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel only 10 min walk from main square. Room lovely and clean but no drawers in hotel to put underwear etc. Good lighting and lots of accessible plug sockets. Nice big fridge but tea and coffee facilities lacking as no milk or milk substitute. Bed was really comfy. But had to ask for more towels as room only cleaned every three days. Free safe to use but limited channels on tv Breakfast was good lots of choice and staff lovely. Hotel bar really nice and staff were really nice as well. Would definitely stay again ! ❤️❤️

The hotel is excellent. Clean, elegant, friendly staff and really good value for money. 5 min walk from Old Town Square.

Very welcoming staff, allowing us to check in early which wasn't requested. Excellent English spoken and knowledgeable staff. Room supremely clean and very well appointed, bed comfortable. Fridge in room very useful. Great value for money and an easy walk to all the highlights. Breakfast was leisurely, in a beautiful room with an amazing choice of well presented fresh seasonal produce. Bar and restaurant area very comfortable with competitive prices. Absolutely nothing not to like and we would definitely stay again and recommend very highly.

We stayed 4 nights here, 2 couples. Everything and everywhere spotless clean. Staff more than happy to answer questions, book taxis etc. They all spoke excellent English. Bar food was always hot and tasty. Breakfast selection was very good and we ate well every morning. Perfect location to explore the Old Town. 10/10

Highly recommend this hotel in Krakow. Great location, two minute walk to the square. Friendly staff, rooms clean and tidy.

I visited with my husband a couple of years ago and then just booked for my parents to visit and they had the best time and raved about the hotel and how clean and friendly it was! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable bed. Small room but clean and warm. 2 lifts with virtually no wait times. Loved the bar. Homely and relaxing but can get busy. More staff needed at busy times. Great snacks available along with coffee and hot chocolate and good prices for a hotel. Great location easy walk to all sightseeing points . 5 minutes to walk to Old Town square, the Castle and the river and the Jewish quarter and train station are 15 minutes walk with the Jewish Ghetto about 20 minutes. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants in the doorstep but you have to look for them. Also don't get confused with the other Leonardo hotel a bit further out like we did. We will be back. Great location and lovely hotel.

My sister and I were celebrating her birthday and spent 3 nights at Leonardo. We found the hotel was ideal for the main square and Jewish quarter where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. After a long trip on the Saturday we decided to eat in the hotel and were not disappointed.It was gorgeous. Lots of choice including local cuisine.The room was spacious and clean with beverage facilities (my only comment not a lot of storage space but not a problem.) The staff were attentive and always happy to help. We are planning to return and will definitely be booking with you again. Thanks for having us.We had an amazing time 🎂🍾🥳

perfect for a short city break, rooms are clean and plenty of room! Seen a few reviews about the noise of trams however we got lucky as we didn’t hear anything throughout our stay. Ordered food and drink through room service - good and cheap. Absolutely gutted to be going home, would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation for their trip.

The hotel is beautiful and located for all the wonderful sights of Krakow. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast staff were fabulous. Everything was cleaned and refilled immediately. Would totally recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean hotel, both reception & bar staff helpful & friendly. We had room 101 which was very clean & comfortable, the only downside was the heating wasn’t the best when coming back from a long day & room took ages to warm up.

Was an absolutely beautiful little hotel tucked away I almost walked past it. The room was absolutely perfect, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff where so polite and I felt very safe and secure especially while traveling alone. The breakfast was perfect and I loved there where take away cups so I was able to take a tea with me while I headed out to explore the city. It was an absolutely gorgeous hotel and I will be staying again :))

We had a great time staying here. Central enough that it’s walking distance to everything but quieter at nighttime. We could hear the trams but they weren’t loud enough to affect our sleep. Check in wasn’t until 3, we arrived at 11.30 from an early flight and staff were happy to store our luggage so we could go exploring until our room was ready. We would definitely return to this hotel for future trips.

We had a lovely short trip here. The hotel is lovely and in a great position in the city. The hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was lovely and big, lots of space. Pillows were too soft but we made do. The only down side was not enough plain tea in the room and no milk only coffee creamer. Would recommend people to stay here when visiting Krakow.

Ideally located and very pleasant, modern hotel. Our only criticism was our room was too cool for us. However after speaking with reception they turned up the thermostat which was controlled from reception, and also we were able to borrow a radiator. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. If we visit Krakow again (we hope so) we will definitely come back here.

10/10 this hotel is amazing could not fault it would 100% recommend to anyone wishing to go . I will most certainly return .

The hotel is located close to old town centre, few steps to walk. Very nice atmosphere, cozy reception area with a small bar but very efficient, we stayed 4 nights and the temperature was below zero degrees outside but always comfortable inside, just the right temperature. The bed is comfortable we think that may need better quality pillows although we slept very well. Overall we highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than 3 pm however were still able to check in without extra charge. Room very clean, warm and inviting. Would stay again!

Great room, clean, comfortable, lots of pillows, with fresh bottled water and coffee machine pods topped up every day. Best of all was the location, just a few minutes walk from the main square but at a reasonable price. Only let down a tiny bit by the quality of the breakfast - but lots of other options for that nearby. Great location!

The room was sooo clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I liked that they prepared us a breakfast to take away with us on our excursion, the fridge was a good addition as we was able to keep any drinks cold we bought elsewhere. I’d definitely recommend this hotel it’s amazing value for money and the staff are lovely

Very nice hotel, nice ambiance, good service, nice breakfast. Also, very good location. I would have liked to be informed about the availability of rooms not facing the street (you can hear the noice from the trams at quiet times). Need to check the elevator too. Thank you.
