Great hotel with fabulous views.would like to see more variety in the snack bar rather than the same selections every day.ive suggested before that the pool would benefit greatly benefit from being heated especially in early late season.apart from that another fantastic stay and will definitely be going back.

Staff friendly. Perfect location. I love being near the sea and we had a sea view. We had a great break here and would definitely return.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the in hotel food and entertainment were fantastic. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Loved our kitchenette suite and marvelous view from the balcony. Wish there was bar soap for hand washing. Wish there was a laundry service on property. Hated the constant head banging music played outside all day

Brilliant hotel hotel and location, great value for money

receptionist at check in throughly explained everything we needed to know with a poster to remind us. had a studio room with a great sea view and were surprised how well kept and beautifully designed the room was. food was of great quality and they had a different theme each night like spanish cuisine on mondays, italian on tuesday, etc. but also had other options if that isn’t your taste. staff are friendly and quick to clear tables. snack bar for all inclusive guests open late, but there is plenty to eat at meal times so you may not use it, but it’s right next to the pool so very handy. outside the restaurant is 2 pool tables and an ice hockey table, for a couple euros per go, good cheap entertainment,. gorgeous view of the mallorcan coast from the pool and bar areas, lined with markets and restaurants, right on the doorstep. reception staff are helpful with excursions, there is a bus timetable if you want to go into the main city of palma. magaluf is close enough to walk to in 10 minutes if you’re interested in night life but this doesn’t affect the hotel at all in terms of noise pool is lifeguarded and there is a bigger pool in the hotel next door also ran by leonardo hotels that you have access to along with direct access to the beach. markets on the surrounding streets are well worth a look, lots of touristy items to buy keychains, t-shirts etc. we didn’t need it but lots of children’s activities available everyday. also other activities such as archery and aqua fit for adults and older kids introduced by the entertainment team each day. perfect first holiday for myself and my boyfriend (18 years) would definitely recommend to similar people and is great for families aswell although there weren’t many children when we went as it was september/ back to school time.

Firstly we were wary of what to expect after seeing some reviews. Which most couldn’t have been so wrong. Our experience was fabulous and will we return 100%. Don’t get me wrong not perfect which I will mention later but from the minute we arrived, which was well early than check in everything was brilliant. Room ready early the layout was way better than expected and had a fab shower lots of space and comfy beds. The beds were made daily and clean towels. The food was not repetitive except breakfast which is always a standard choice in all hotels I’ve visited and each day was a themed menu. However the food was lovely never had a bad meal at all. Restaurant staff were so friendly and worked so hard to keep the place clean and everything topped up. The view is to die for and one I personally could never tire of. There is plenty of sun beds at all times of the day and the whole area kept clean. There was always presence of a life guard who were also brilliant with the children in the children’s pool area. There is lots of warnings about the steep hill and yes there is a steep sloping road to the hotel and I would advise people when considering the hotel if they have serious walking difficulties and wouldn’t want to stay in the hotel all the time. It is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and shops and would not put me off booking at all but it may others. The road is well lit and you can take the road or there are some steps from the beach front so to miss some of the hill. Other than the steep hill this hotel is in a fab location and I for one will definitely return. Great bar all day in between pools and snack bar area. Other than the hill the location is great 5-10 minutes to some lovely places to drink and eat on the beach front. Great beach. If you want a full on lively area then just a couple of streets from the hotel you will find everything you would need and it was great fun to stroll through and have a few drinks, but once you went back toward hotel or bay you never would know that those streets existed My little moans and they are little and maybe recommendations for hotel. There is a bar in the hotel which doesn’t include Ai at night, which was a shame as it was right next to the terrace that you would sit in to have an evening drink so we had to go the bar one floor down and bring drinks up. Not a major issue as there is a lift. Our room was fabulous but the position of the room meant it had a small veranda in between the two blocks and limited view of anything except the hotel wall which was a massive shame as the views from the other rooms was fantastic, we should have checked if we could have been moved but didn’t think at the time. Did it spoil the holiday though not at all. We had a very early flight and booked breakfast and wasn’t expecting the full service as normal but there was no cold milk out for drink and no cereal or toaster. There was a plate with a sandwich and fruit in cellophane not what was expected or wanted so had to make due with a glass of orange juice. But all in all fab hotel, fab room , great food and lovely team from reception, bar, cleaners, restaurant etc. you all work hard and thank you. loved my first visit to Palma and will return and would stay at hotel again and that hill meant I definitely had a good work out and achieved well over my daily steps 😊

Overall, we had a great holiday. The hotel is very modern and nice, with stunning sea views and an amazing location. However, there are a few things that could have been better from our perspective: - This was our second holiday to Mallorca this summer. We booked a last-minute holiday package (a spontaneous trip) through a reputable UK travel company but were informed upon arrival that we had booked the wrong accommodation. We were allocated a studio, which was not suitable for a family with a child over six years old. We were asked to upgrade, which we did, paying an additional 240 euros. While I am glad we upgraded, as the original room would have been too small, I later discovered that some guests in similar situations received their upgrades for free. Although the upgrade was reasonably priced, it left me feeling slightly disappointed. - Our room was on the sixth floor and had a great sea view. While it was a lovely room, you could hear everything! There wasn’t a single night that I wasn’t awakened by noise from other guests or traffic. - Our room was serviced every day, with fresh towels provided daily. However, the floor wasn’t cleaned throughout our entire week-long stay. - The food was very good. - Overall, the staff members were nice.

We had a lovely stay here, every member of staff was really helpful and friendly. The guy who did the Archery, darts, shooting etc was especially great and always had us laughing. Beach, shops, restaurants, bars only a short walk away(bit of a hill) Beautiful sea view from the hotel pool. Brilliant entertainment day and night.

great hotel great location

This is the second time we have been back in 6 weeks, Julia and the reception staff always amazing and extremely friendly The cleanliness of the whole hotel was impeccable especially the room and also the food areas. No sunbed wars at all both times and bar staff friendly. The views are impressive, we will be back soon Thank you so much

We had an extraordinary stay thanks to Julia, the manager at the reception who offered us all the conditions to feel good. An extraordinary woman very customer-oriented and at the same time very reactive to our needs.

The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. The facilities are child-friendly. We arrrived almost 10pm already but still they greeted us warmly with snacks and beverages. The kids program is amazing, my 2 kids enjoyed every night. The food is daily changing buffet so we have to look forward into their delicious food and most of it did not disappoint me. Special mention to the Chef Slyvio and Fernanda who are extra nice to my son who has food intolerance against gluten but they still manage to prepare hot and delicious meals every day for him, they really took the extra mile and that makes Leonardo ROyal Hotel 5 star for me! Walk to the beach is just 3 minutes, the beach nearby is clean, fine sand and warm. Its everything and all what we wanted. I would definitely comeback! Very memorable stay, we are back in Germany beaming with smiles and cherishing the memories we had in Mallorca. Highly recommended!

Located in a great position fir access to beach, bars and restaurants with a small climb from the main resort and beach. Clean and spacious rooms. Pool is quite small but big enough for the use we wanted.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our 4 nights away. The staff were amazing and the food was the best I have been to yet !! The only small small negative was the pool is a little small however this did not affect the holiday. I booked through booking.com who showed the hotel as the Mallorca suites but this was not the case you can also not use the sisters hotel pool either. This is not down to the Leonardo this was booking.com that should not false advertise. Overall I would / will be coming back to this hotel again as everything about it was perfect for us.

Great experience overall all the staff were absolutely great except one. Unfortunately Julia at reception was extremely rude for no apparent reason with us and other guests, a simple request to change our key card for our room that didn’t work provoked her to say “dios mios” with a extremely irritated face and accused us of having the wrong key linked to a different room! Well the reception gave us the key (mistakes happen) but she made it sound like we were doing something dodgy. Very rude and judgemental, such a shame cause the rest of the staff were FANTASTIC!!!

Nice hotel close to 2 beautifull beaches, with a lot of good food. Staff was friendly, especially Julia at the reception, she was perfect, always ready to help and recommend best places. We had room behind the reception, little bit noisy from the street and also due to people coming and leaving the hotel. The rest, meaning the room and equipment was without problems. Definitely recommend to stay here.

The hotel was amazing. I suggest if you’re looking for a double bed, you have to look else where But otherwise the hotel is top class. Great staff, great food, clean hotel. It was right close to the beach and Magaluf. So greatly situated. Loved every moment we were there!

Just returned from a dab holiday! Location fab- up a small hill from the beach. 3-4 minute walk. Rooms were lovely- no bedding provided eg sheets for the sofa beds however found a quilt( no cover) and pillow in wardrobe, arrived late ao didn't question. When room cleaned next day, sheets were added! Thank you We went bed and bfast, these was a good selection however felt it lacked- a little, salad bar could be jassed up! Pool area kept clean however the pool area had glass that overlooked the sea- this did need a clean! We were able To keep the room for €40 which was a bonus Would Recommend and would Return!

Loved this hotel. Fantastic location in a short walking distance to everything. Impeccably clean rooms, modern decor, fabulous powerful shower and really comfy beds. Really quiet at night and could only hear the sound of the sea which was so nice to go to sleep and wake up to!

Excellent location and quality of staff is also excellent. Have used this hotel for 17 years and have seen the upside and downside. You need to ensure you do not let large groups of young men and women are not encouraged for stag or hen nights. At one stage prior to your ownership this was the case and the hotel deteriorated. I saw a small sign as I departed that this may be returning again particularly in the way some customers were treating your reception staff. Kevin

I’m shocked by these reviews, we had a great time! Myself and my sister stayed for 9 nights. Our only regret is not getting a halfboard instead of b&b, but we had dinner in the restaurant couple of times and it was great, and very much worth the money compared to the prices in the surrounding places. We had a stunning view, sea front, salty sea breeze, waking up to bird song and the sound of waves (for real like). Cleaning ladies - absolute rockstars! Receptionists as well, super helpful. Our flight back was in the evening so we could leave the bags at the reception after check out, went to the beach, came back, used the complementary showers and towels, top notch service. Two pools on the terrace level, kidos running around enjoying themselves, life-guards always present. Beach is 5 mins away, clean, wide, sandy beach. No one bothered us, water great for swimming in mid-May. Bus stop is not that far away, as are local supermarkets. I highly recommend this hotel. But we are not fussy people as we worked in service industry in the past. It’s safe, it’s clean, the food was great, the service too! Keep up the good work!
