After several stays: why getting asked "your first stay?" at reception? Free water on the room is appreciated, option still and medium would be nice, half full bottles should not be removed? Automatic selling machine should have credit card option. Sauna / Fitness: free water is great, but no cups available. Often quite a lot of water hits the floor when showering. Food selection is nearly 100% meat. There are easy variants of the same dishes with fish, planted meat or vegetarian option without overwhelming complexity for the kitchen. Bratkartoffeln mit Spiegelei, Sandwich with planted chicken instead of chicken.

The lady at the check out was exceptionally Soft spoken and cortious, overall hotel is good, very near to main rail station, Hotel Leonardo provides a good option near Rail station. Size of single room could have been little bigger. Hotel should install a camera at parking entrance to see the car waiting for entry so that gate could be opened immediately, I had to call the reception to get the gate open

Comfortable accommodation only a short walk to the city centre. Secure and plentiful car parking in front of and to the side of hotel in dedicated car park. Breakfast was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Would definitely stay here again

This is the sixth time that we have visited Leonards Hotel in Mönchengladbach. As always the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. I would wish that sometimes maybe grilled tomatoes or even baked beans could be added the the "Hot Breakfast". The rooms are very comfortable and always clean. the only difficulty that my wife and I have is getting in and out of the bath (not getting any younger). Maybe some rooms could be fitted with walk in showers in the future. Thank you once again for making our stay a pleasant one. We will be back

Location is perfect to reach either city center or SMS group. The hotel is a bit old and could be renovated. Some rooms are noisier than other but they are big enough. Breakfast is good and offer a wide selection. All employees are very nice and helpful.

I stayed at Leonardo Mönchengladbach with my family to celebrate my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by what this city has to offer. Culture, shopping and even for younger children plenty to do. The location of Leonardo Mönchengladbach is splendid! we had a quad room with 2 single beds and one bedcouch which is also suitable for adults. Friendly staff in all departments from the check-in until check-out. We will definately re-visit your hotel! Thank you.

Very helpful staff. Great that the hotel has a fitness room including a sauna. Breakfast as it should be, nothing missing. Rooms clean.
