We came to the hotel due to my husband having a medical crisis and my daughters and I needed to stay near the hospital. We stayed for something like 12 nights before we could go back to America. Rooms 707 and 726. Caroline was beyond amazing. She was the one bright spot we had-so caring and concerned for us. Most of the front desk was also wonderful to us. The young lady with glasses and a smile that lights the room also went out of her way -she checked us out if that helps with a name. Due to Caroline’s outstanding customer service-we would all recommend this hotel to everyone that needs a home away from home. Please know what as asset Caroline is to your operation and recognize the value she has to Leonardo Hotels. Excellent cleaning of rooms and double checking to make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything additional after room was cleaned. Hotel is easy walking to a large grocery store and the Bogenhausen Hospital. Also a little park to walk around is adjacent to the hotel. It is located in a nice residential area that was safe with reasonable prices.

My wife and I have been your hotel regular, once or twice a year guests for a long time, and the experience was again very pleasant. It was a pleasure to meet your current Front Office Manager Caroline Zoellner and her team through our last week of staying at your hotel again. We appreciate the hospitality and attention to our needs, including the usual room #623 preference that was helped with by Papatya Simsek, whom we met through our previous visits. and Stepanida, a Front Office staff member.

Me and girlfriend first time travelling without family, and not knowing how transport worked we got really worried and frustrated. We got to the hotel early and had to wait to the exact minute to check in what was annoying but fair I guess. Apart from that there was NO problems at this hotel, it’s in a great location with shops near and a underground was nearby which took us everywhere we wanted to go too which we loved and it was so easy to work out. On top of that the area in general felt so safe, everyone we spoke to or met were so nice and friendly. The hotel was quiet and in a great location and the bar is amazing to have some drinks in. Definitely made our trip in Munich memorable and we are thankful. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at the Leonardo several times in the past few years..it is very close to where our kids live and is very convenient. The hotel is fine but starting to show its age. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We don’t use the tv but some will find it below par compared to other hotels. The A/C was not very strong but was adequate during our stay. The breakfast selection is great and we love having it there. Overall good value for us.

We will stay here again. We were in a family room with our 2 young children for 4 nights. Our room was lovely and quiet, no noise from neighbours. It had A/C but we could still also open the window. Breakfast was fabulous. Our room was made up beautifully everyday. And we were an easy 20 minute walk to Arrabella U-bahn station.

The hotel room was very clean, perfectly well equipped with nice furniture. The staff were super friendly. We could extend our stay spontaneously very easily. Nice facilities in a good location a bit outside of the city centre. (the centre is easily reachable by underground train). Absolutely recommended.

I recommend the hotel. Kind staff, clean room, good breakfast. The only thing which could be better the size of bed. It's not comfortable for 2 adults.

I was running a four day training course and was most impressed by the meeting room and staff working there. The reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Sorry, but i never asked her name, she was on duty friday 9th of August in the morning. Much appreciated early check in.. i must say that is was very expensive for 3 nights, i know that the prices were high due to Adele concert but nearly 500€, with out breakfast for 3 nights is overdoing things in my opinion...

Very nice Room, staff was amazing! Breakfast was very, very complete. It had everything for every taste! The only thing was on the Bar/Restaurant and which opens at five pm, it should have some kind of sandwiches or something like that. But it was all amazing and i do recommend this hotel and i will stay there if and when i come back to Munich! Thank you so much for having me and being so friendly and kind!

I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed in another Leonardo in Munich that appeared to have better connections so was not sure if this one would be as good. But, it’s in a lovely location with great links to U Bahn or buses to S Bahn (45 mins to airport - so easy. Go to the back of the hotel take a few steps up by the building, turn left twice & walk until you get to the bus stop (cross the road). No. 188/189). Walked into town via beautiful tree lined streets/ river - about 45 mins. Or walk to Mini Hoffbrau or lake - 35mins. Highly recommend

Beautifully clean room. Every day our bed was made and fresh towels replaced the used ones from the night before. Staff were lovely. Online check in in advance made it such an easy process arriving in. Also, reception is open 24 hours which is such a life saver! Shower facilities were clean and satisfying after a long day. Fridge so handy! The AC in the room wasn't very effective so in 30°C heat it was quite uncomfortable in the room. There is 1 bus outside the hotel, but other than that you need to walk 15-20 minutes to get to transport into the city centre. Not really a bother though, just something to note.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The hotel offers good amenities and the location of the hotel is convenient and close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The hotel provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Hotel Leonardo Arabellapark. The staff is very friendly and provided good service in the restaurants and with room cleaning. The hotel is located close to public transportation that can provide easy access to the center of town. There are also restaurants nearby in a shopping center by the Arabellapark U-Bahn station. There is a gas station immediately next to the hotel that has convenience foods. The hotel is a short walk (15-20 minutes) from the Englischergarden. Rooms are a bit on the small side, at least in comparison to the equivalent type hotel in the United States. Rooms come with a coffee maker, and a small refrigerator and a free bottle of sparkling water is offered daily. It would be nice if the hotel offered more than a heavy comforter on the bed as it would be a nice option to have a light sheet for those guests who might want covering but not something so heavy as what is provided. Overall, my experience staying at Hotel Leonardo Arabellapark was very pleasant.

Very nice stay

Just needed a bed for 3 nights. Check in was quick and I got an upgrade. Room was clean. All good. My neighbours unfortunately killed 2 nights of my sleep given certain night acitivities but this has nothing to do with the hotel. A

I have been coming three times a year to this hotel since 2020, even with the Covid and it is comfortable, very practical for people like us with a car and meets our needs. I disagree with some negative reviews of other guests which do not give a fair view. However I must remark that the maintenance condition this time was disappointing. The matress is in need of urgent renewal and it gave a severe backache, there were 2 burnt ceiling lamps in the corridor inside our the room that did a very bad impression and nobody took care of them. The floor in the entrance to one of the lifts was torn giving the impression of a third rate hotel, not a Leonardo. The staff, as usual , was very friendly and efficient and had our profile in the computer so the process was super fast.

Good staff and very helpful for visitors. Location is good for trip by car. Going to the city centre is a bit far by walking. Breakfast is satisfactory but furnitures should be renovated.

I had an event in Westin, which is just a 10min walk from the Leonardo. Good value for money hotel with free parking spaces on the public street. About 10min walk to the subway station. Munich Bogenhausen is a middle class neighborhood, so you'll find everything you need close by. Friendly staff!
