I always choise this hotel at Munich visit and always turu keep my expectations

We choose this hotel first on every trip to Munich. Both its location, cleanliness and the friendly approach of its staff are the reasons for our choice.

The hotel was simple but offered great value for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable. While there were no dedicated exercise facilities, the staircase provided a small alternative. The location was convenient, making it a practical choice for my stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only con was that the bed could have been slightly bigger.

In general I was very happy, however the shower (strictly the shower, the rest of the bathroom was ok) was showing very severe signs of age and use. The faucet was loose and hard to operate as a result, and there were signs of wear (plastic coating flaking off) and use (water stains, I suspect also some mould in places) on the ceiling and all over the appliances. Likewise there was a suspicious colour stain on my bedsheets that initially had me worried the bed wasn’t truly clean. For an otherwise clean and pleasant experience this was rather unsettling.

Very friendly hotel. There are many things around to do.

I really had comfortable stay in Leonardo Olimpia Park. Feels like home. Thank you!!

I go there once a month. I could go somewhere else. It is a solid place for a business trip. Would I take the Dame of Hearts there? Probably not.
