This hotel is in a great location right next to the train station, despite this I had a very quiet room overlooking the courtyard at the back of the hotel so did not hear any street or train noise and was very quiet and relaxing. Comfortable bed, clean and had a nice big shower and decent sized bathroom. I had travelled for 30 hours from overseas before arriving so was in need of a hot shower and a good night’s sleep, and this didn’t disappoint. Friendly helpful staff who spoke great English. The only negative was room service, I ordered a burger box which was huge and delicious, except that the burger patty was completely raw (not just rare but uncooked in the middle) so I couldn’t eat it. The rest of the meal was very tasty so was a shame I couldn’t eat it. Otherwise would recommend this hotel for easy travel location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Excellent hotel with exception to beds: too soft, not healthy for the back.Pillows are squeaky, feels like very synthetic. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location close to the old part of the town.

As ever it was an excellent stay at the Leonardo Royal, nothing but good things to say about the hotel and it's staff. Wonderful location in terms of access to central and old Nuremberg, easy walking and the tram if required is less than 100 yards away, slightly further to the main railway station at 150 yards.

Leonardo Hotel Nürnberg was a pleasant comfortable hotel. All staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Blonde miss on reception was very nice and polite. I have only one minus. In our room was empty bottle of soap to wash hands in our bathroom.

We had an excellent stay in the royal suite which we got as an upgrade from the junior suite that I booked. We had a nice in room dinner and a good night in a good comfortable bed which is extremely important to me. In the morning we a nice breakfast at the breakfast buffet. Very convenient location with a parking garage. We will definitely return here!

It was lovely to have a hotel with all the amenities including A/C. The breakfast buffet was expansive and fresh. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is a short walk from the main station and close to the old town. The rooms were spacious, including the bathroom, beds were exceptionally comfortable. and the breakfast was good quality and one of the greatest varieties I have experienced,.

We will definitely come back to this hotel with our future travel. We really like the location.

Good and clean hotel in the city center of Nürnberg close to the hotel. Good room and good facilities. The choises in the menu for diner are limited, but quality is good. Breakfast is excellent

Nice location, really next to the historical centre and train/underground station. Beautiful hotel, large and light double bed room (beds would be renewed, the mattresses of our room were worn and the pillows really unconfortable), nice staff. Would reccomend.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and within walking distance to the town. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, featuring a large TV screen for a hotel room. It was ideal for our one-night stay and a day visit to the town.

Everything was good. However, we could not enjoy the breakfast because it was too expensive to buy, 20eu. I went out to buy coffee and rolls instead. The location is excellent!

Nice, modern hotel. Very clean, friendly people, attractive design and location. Close to city center. Comfortable bed, room small but prefect for a night or two. We had a room to the atrium to escape from the city/railway station noise. Still it was not really quiet as in the inner garden people had loud conversation till midnight. Anyway...with good ear plugs or closed window it was working well. Big parking spaces in the underground garage (not free of charge) Can only recommend the place and will book it again.

Fantastic stay - Everything was excellent!

Once the awkwardly placed and furnished breakfast room could at least sport hot eggs and crispy croissants, the stay would merit its price.

Since this is my first time here, my experience was more then satisfied. The menu of the restaurant needs to be more diversified. The personal was friendly and helpful!

The hotel is very conveniently located near the central rail station and a few minutes away from the old town. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, except for iron & ironing board. The staff was very helpful- we needed the window unlocked and they did this straight away. The only thing we found odd was the glass door for the bathroom- it was not see through per se, but for friends staying together it was not a very smart decision.

Very clean and tasteful, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Staff are very welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. Checking in process is not an issue, very quick and easy, even when you leave it until you actually arrive there as opposed to doing it online. In short excellent hotel.

The hotel is very close to the main train station and less than a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Altstadt. The Leonardo hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast has a large variety selection of foods and the rooms are modern with refrigerator. The Air conditioning could be stronger and could use an update. The WiFi signal and connectivity was good. the 3 elevators in the mail lobby were fast :) All in all a very nice hotel with a good location. I can recommend this hotel. Dear staff, Overall you run a great hotel. Two comments though: first of all the mail for early checkin I received prior to arrival: the link is no link anymore in the email. so doesn't work. The same with this feedback via the mail. Not all numbers in the email work (the 8 doesn't, the 7 did). And my room (365). The walls had all kinds of scratches. I think it would be better to sometimes paint the walls again. Now it really looks quite used. Wouter

Beautifully designed hotel for excellent value in a perfect location for travellers. The whole Team is extra helpful and polite, speaking more than two languages and really supported us. We had a very comfortable stay with our dog. In a dog buggy I could even bring my dog to breakfast room. The Hotel sent me email before arriving due to card issue, but kept our reservation and find solution by leaving deposit on site, it was very kind and helpful as we were on a 5 day trip from Belgium to Hungary and it was part of a present for my Mom, (Sudnay was Mother's Day). The check in was very kind and the lady made us feel comfortable and relaxed after the long journey. We really appretiate the outstanding customer service! The room was wonderul, the lobby, the bar amazing as well. At the breakfast the Team was so professional and polite also. Variety of cold and warm food was avaliable. The hotel is extemly clean. Bed is very comfortable. Bartenders were elegant and friendly both on 5th evening and 6 th morning. At check out time the cleaning ladies was saying bye and smiling and compilment our dog. We really appretiate that we could wait at the lobby and leave our backpacks after check out. I was happy to see again the same lady us checked us in to say by and also the gentlemen was very kind and supportive with us. Everyone was genuine, that made so much difference! We stayed 4 hotels in these days and Team Leonardo Royal Nürnberg is outstanding! Thank you so much! The hotel is in a great location. It is a 1 minute walk to the Central Train Station, and 5 minutes to the historic center. The staff are very efficient and pleasant. We were extremely pleased.during our stay.

The check in was very fast and easy, the lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. The overall feel of the hotel is one of relaxation, no hustle and bustle, a well stocked bar is close by the reception area with a good variety of malt whisky's.

Excellent in overall. Good location and parking facility is nearby and easily accessible. Staff members are nice and very helpful. The design of hotel is very nice and memorable to me.
