The NYX Hotel in Warsaw is an excellent choice! The location is unbeatable—conveniently situated in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is modern, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. One thing to note is the cost of underground parking, which was a bit high at 160 PLN. However, we were able to find street parking at no cost overnight, which worked well for us. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Warsaw!

Everybody was fantastic. The hotel was superb. Sandra was extremely helpful and nice. She made my trip to Poland 100% easier. A promotion or a raise is probably in order for her. Very intelligent, very helpful.

The hotel is one of the best I've stayed in. Very nice reception staff, room was quite big and clean, beds very comfy. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and very tasty. Overall, we had a great stay!

In all Hotel is good. Room is perfect. Location is good. But.. You can leave flyer on room door before 4am or call specific number to order brekfest to the room. As i could not use phone, because of the person sleaping and actually forgot to put flyer on the door handle - went down to reception with it. Explained the situation to them and had to argue couple if minutes before they told me that they would try to make everything happen. And when brekfest arrived (ordered scrumbled eggs and pork sauseges) - they where cold. Cereal also was brought but without any milk or something, like use water. Need to improove brekfest, because there is basically only 2 option to select for hot dishes everything else are vegies. And price for this brekfest 50+€ for 2 people is just overpriced.

Great transportation around it. About 45 min walk to the old city. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Was given a fantastic corner room with large windows down 2 sides, ideal for New Year eve.

All the employers were very nice, we’ve got what we asked for. We wouldn’t change a thing, it was perfect!

Everything was amazing, would recommend it and return when back to Warsaw! one note is to have oat milk in the breakfast bar - there were other vegan and lactose free selections but oat was missing

Very well-located new hotel in Warsaw, close to the Warsaw Central train station, in the heart of city center. Direct underground connection with bus and tram stops, train station and shopping mall Golden Terraces (Zlote Tarasy).

Everything was perfect! Especially the way from the railroad station to the tower😉 The only thing is the thermal regulator in the room - to much noise ( loud clicking ). Will stay there soon again

Outstanding rooms with an amazing view. Easy Check in. We even could check in earlier without any extra fees. Very modern and clean hotel. The room was amazing. Got a room on a higher floor also without any extra charges that was amazing. Very good location. Walls have been soundproof so we had a good sleep. Very friendly stuff as well. We loved it here
