Delicious breakfast, nice and clean rooms. Location is good. Specially for young people. very load music in the lobby / reception.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful, panoramic view from the 17th floor, modern style, spacious room, very nice and varied breakfast. I would expect bathrobes and slippers in a hotel of this class, however it was missing. The noice from the street was a bit disturbing at night.

My stay at NYX Warsaw was fantastic! The modern design and stylish atmosphere made it stand out. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is clwan comfortable and modern. The organiisation of pre checkin is good as i arrived late at night. The location is also good

I've stayed at this hotel many times, maybe 10, over the past couple of years and I keep coming back because of its high-standards, cleanliness and level of comfort. If there's anything that could be improved, however, it would be the efficiency of the check-in process. There's usually a long queue to check-in and it seems that the reception is almost understaffed.

I loved the hotel from the moment I arrived . I cannot find anything bad to say about it ! The whole guest experience was exceptional . Absolutely fantastic and a free late checkout topped it off

It has been two years since NYX Warsaw became my second home. Due to war, I am travelling via Warsaw between Lviv, Ukraine, where my family lives, and Mallorca, Spain, where I live and work. I am extremely pleased for this piece of home where I can rest, stay with myself, watch the beautiful Warsaw and get the best service possible. Thank you for being for me for two years, which have been quite difficult at times, for keeping me as client and taking care of me, my family and our wishes all the time up to 100%. I am never thinking of any other option in Warsaw except for my favorite corner space room. Thank you! As to what could be possibly done better, as there is always room for improvement, it would be great to get a herbal tea as selection in the room (black and green teas are not good to drink in the evening before sleeping), also in the restaurant red wine is served at the room temperature while it should be no more than 18-20 degrees cold (and even cooler for some younger wines), and it would be great if dogs were allowed in the restaurants and rooftop. These are just suggestions, my overall attitude and gratitude won't change if it is the same. As to my personal wants, I do workouts every afternoon and morning, and towels are not the most convenient option. If I could possibly get the mat, would be awesome. Thank you again! The only niggle is that email from L’viv to say that, thanks to issues with the train, meant would not get there until 0530 did not receive a reply

If you come for a quick visit and you want to have something close to the railway station and have a tasty breakfast (wide selection), then this place is yours.

The NYX Hotel in Warsaw is an excellent choice! The location is unbeatable—conveniently situated in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is modern, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. One thing to note is the cost of underground parking, which was a bit high at 160 PLN. However, we were able to find street parking at no cost overnight, which worked well for us. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Warsaw!

Everybody was fantastic. The hotel was superb. Sandra was extremely helpful and nice. She made my trip to Poland 100% easier. A promotion or a raise is probably in order for her. Very intelligent, very helpful.

The hotel is one of the best I've stayed in. Very nice reception staff, room was quite big and clean, beds very comfy. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and very tasty. Overall, we had a great stay!
